Instagram giveaway campaign: terms & conditions

The giveaway promotion starts on 12/09 and ends on 29/09 at 19h CEST.

3- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The participation requirements are as follows:

Those people who are over 18, who have an active account on Facebook/Instagram will be able to participate.

The result of the prize will be made through AppSorteos, a third party application that performs random drawings, offering a certificate of validity. The date of the sweepstakes will be 29/09 at 19h CEST and the winning person will be disclosed on OneCoWork's Instagram account (@onecowork).

The winners must contact OneCoWork via direct message on Instagram within a maximum period of 1 month from the date of the sweepstakes (meaning until 29/10). If the initial winner does not claim the prize within this period, OneCoWork reserves the right not to award the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other type of membership. 

Active OneCoWork members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway campaign.

4- DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE AND CONDITIONS FOR SIGN-UP

OneCoWork offers a free month of Dedicated Desk membership at OCW Plaça Catalunya location (Carrer d'Estruc 9, 08002 Barcelona, Spain) for 2 different winners. The membership gives access from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 10pm, to a personal desk in the coworking semi-shared areas, and the winner can also access the flexible desk areas, phone booths and all OneCoWork events during the one-month period. The Dedicated Desk membership includes a desk, chair and locker in a secured, access-controlled area.

Membership may begin on the date chosen by the winner within the 1 month period following the date the winner was announced. Membership will commence upon signature of the contract and will last for 30 calendar days.

In order to sign the contract, the winner must inform OneCoWork of his/her name, surname, date of birth, DNI/NIE or Passport and an email address.

When the contract is terminated, the winner will have the option to take one of the OneCoWork memberships on a paid basis. Otherwise, he/she will have to remove all his/her belongings from his/her desk and return the access card assigned to him/her. 

5- COMMUNICATION

OneCoWork reserves the right to communicate on its social media channels and website the name of the winner. Only by accepting the prize, the beneficiary authorizes OneCoWork to use his image in the advertising exploitation of the prize awarded. Acceptance of the prize implies acceptance of this clause.

6- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements of the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and will lose all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

Profiles dedicated to participate in sweepstakes, or other indications of being ghost profiles, will be excluded from the prize. We understand phantom profiles to mean profiles that meet some of these requirements:

- Profiles that do not have a profile picture.

- Profiles that have no more than 15 followers

- Profiles that do not have more than 5 publications

- Profiles that despite meeting the above parameters have no reactions to their posts. 

7- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions in which the content is considered inappropriate, offensive, abusive or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will be allowed comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image. We are not responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the participants in the Promotions, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.

8- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The winner is responsible for collecting any permission or consent necessary to enjoy the prize and for any incident that may occur during the prize.

The prizes are subject to the present legal bases and it will not be possible to substitute them totally or partially for money. The prizes will not be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winners. If the prize is rejected by the winner, no alternative will be offered. Sale or alienation of the prize is strictly prohibited.

The participants exonerate the organizer, in the broadest form that in law and without limiting in any way their rights as consumers, for any liability, penalty, claim, demand or civil, commercial, criminal, administrative cause, including compensation of any nature and / or nature, expenses, costs (expressly including the fees of lawyers and solicitors).

The participant accepts that the organizer may postpone, shorten, extend, modify, cancel or suspend the draw as a result of force majeure beyond its control, undertaking to inform the participants of this circumstance as soon as possible.

The organizer is empowered to resolve any contingency not foreseen in these legal bases.

9- CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional rules, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of participants in the promotions.

The simple fact of participating implies full acceptance of these Rules. If the prize is not accepted as stated in these Rules, it will be understood that the prize is waived.

10- Applicable law and jurisdiction

These legal basis shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these rules.

11- FINAL CONSIDERATIONS

This campaign is free of charge for the participants. Both the draw and the prizes are subject to change, availability or modification.
